Hi Matt, thank you for talking with us, what are you up to?

"Just enjoying some cheese on toast. Been in the studio all day and im starving!"

What would you say the genre of your music is?

"It's a tough one really! I'd say house music with contemporary influences. Mainly just melodic, chilled house."

What would you say was your favourite track that you have produced so far?

"I'd have to say it's my remix of Justin Timberlake's Suit & Tie. It's the track that helped me gain a lot of recognition."

Have you got any gigs coming up?

"There's a few gigs I'm looking forward to, mainly my Leeds debut at Beaverworks, but I'm also looking forward to playing for a night in Nottingham at Bodega soon."

Are you working on anything new at the moment?

"I'm currently working on some new material which will hopefully be getting a release soon. I'll also be putting some tracks up for free download aswell so keep your eyes peeled for those."

Is there any one you want to collaborate with at the moment?

"I'm a huge fan of Kwes at the moment, but I've always wanted to work with Hannah Wants."

What’s your favourite thing on the blog?

"Some of the Architecture posts on your blog are really cool!"

Where have you been this summer?

"All over to be honest. I played at Secret Garden Party, which was pretty special. Then I did Glastonbury and played some other pretty memorable gigs!"

What has been your best gig so far?

"I'd have to say the Pagoda stage at Secret Garden Party festival! Amazing vibes!"

Favourite city to live in?

"Leeds all the way - so glad to live here. There's so much going on all the time. If not - It would have to be London."

What software do you use?

"I used to use Logic Pro but now I'm a 100% Ableton Live. Great piece of software."

If you could have two celebrities as your parents, who would they be?

"Gordon Ramsay and Sean Lock. Two of the funniest chaps. Might be a bit strange that theyre both male but I think I could deal with that."

Coke or Sprite?

"Sprite all the way"

How do you go about making music?

"This depends really. Often the writing process just comes naturally, but more recently it's become more important that my music is aimed at the dancefloor."

Thank you very much for doing the mix for us! Can you tell us a bit about it?

"Basically this is just a short mix of some of the tracks I've been playing out recently. That Lxury tune in there is one of my favourite tracks of the moment, goes off whenever I play it in a set."

What was the last film you watched?

"I don't often watch films but the last thing I watched was Kill List - one of my favourite films."

Who is your favourite artist/producer at the moment?

"I'm a big fan of Wayward, Route 94, Kwes, New York Transit Authority and my good friend Davidian at the minute."

If you could perform anywhere, where would it be?

"I'd absolutely love to play Glastonbury in the Wow tent. Failing that, fabric in London would be really special."

Favourite possession?

"I'd have to say my MacBook."

Thank you Farrow!
